Over six months in 2024, we delivered five bespoke leadership courses for current and emerging leaders from across Southeast Asia on behalf of the Australian Government.

For 11 years, Strategic facilitated and chaired the Ginninderry People and Place Group, a representative forum that brings together community groups, businesses, traditional custodians, social services, environmental groups and technical specialists to ensure community views are heard and to inform the development.
Edify Energy is embarking on an endeavor to develop a solar farm and battery hybrid power station, located just 27 kilometers from Forbes, NSW. As part of the required Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), community engagement is a crucial aspect outlined by key documents such as SEARS and DPIE guidelines. Edify Energy contracted Strategic for the community and stakeholder engagement for the project.
Over the past three months, we have been involved in a pivotal review of the Department of Social Services (DSS) Disability Support Pension (DSP). This initiative focuses on gathering insights from individuals with disabilities regarding their experiences while applying for and being assessed for the DSP.
